OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA RIVERSIDE was composed as part of the soundtrack to a short video (i.e.: music synch) of a motorcycle rider wading through city traffic in search of a quiet pub along the Alexandria, Virginia shoreline. The original song was composed and performed at Ted Palmer's personal studio. Instruments featured in this song include a full string section, and accompanying brass and percussion. The mood of the song is relief as it turns to mimic the fog horn of a dockside boat.
